Does my Bank and Credit Card support Specturium Products?

Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide! Wherever you are, we'll get your order to you. πβοΈ
Shipping is on the house for all of our EU pals. For our global friends, there's going to be a fee of β¬20 - it's pricey out there! But trust us, it's worth it! πΈ
How long will it take to get my order delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you're within the EU, expect your goodies to arrive in 5-7 business days. For our faraway friends, it might take a tad longer, which is between 7-16 days. While we aim for speedy delivery, sometimes the postie takes a detour. Just hang tight, we've got your back! ππ¨

Returns & Refunds
We totally get it - sending stuff back can be a drag. Unfortunately, with postage costs soaring, we can't swing free returns (though we wish we could!). If you need to send something back, just click here, and we'll guide you through the process.
Once we've got your item(s) in hand, we'll zip through the refund process in a jiffy! Just a heads-up, banks can sometimes take their sweet time with refunds. But don't worry, if you have any concerns, just give us a shout!β¨

Warranty
We've got your back with a solid 2-year warranty on all our devices. If anything unexpected happens, whether it's technical or a physical mishap, we've got you covered and will sort it out. Of course, to keep the legal jargon at bay, our warranty does have its limits. So, while we'll take care of issues that arise under normal use, we can't work miracles if you've dropped it from your 5th-floor window or accidentally run it over with your car π οΈπ
